If I place my order today, when will I receive it?
A custom order (an order processed with an order specialist) will arrive within 7-14 calendar days, depending on quantity. A non-custom order (processed directly on our website) will arrive within 5-10 calender days. If your order is altered or changed, the order date will be changed to reflect the date of alteration.
Orders that require delivery within 5 calendar days are considered "Rush Orders". "Rush Orders" may be assessed a "Rush Fee". Please remember that even though we process orders on the holidays and weekends, national holidays and Sundays do not count as delivery days.
Please be advised that if you pay for your order via check by mail, your order date is not the date we receive your check. You order date will be the date your check clears. What is your Return Policy?
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products or we'll process a full refund for the merchandise purchased, less any shipping charges that applied. All returns must not have been worn, washed or stained and otherwise in condition to be resold. We do verify this under ultraviolet light scan.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Custom orders are not returnable. As we print all t-shirt orders for you specifically, we may, at our sole discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is collected on orders that have a billing address in the state of Florida. The current tax rate will be applied in the checkout process. What color shirts do you currently offer?
The available colors are listed with shirts that we offer different colors in. For example, the shirts in our "Flags" category are ONLY available on WHITE SHIRTS because different shirt colors would disrupt the flag's color arrangement. A uniform background provides integrity to that arrangement.
The shirt designs that are available in colors other than WHITE are displayed with a drop down menu. The colors available are listed in the drop down menu. If there is no drop down menu on the product page then that shirt design is only available on a WHITE shirt. Please see our Color Chart to see all the colors that we offer. If you are a registered member, you will not only receive automatic notifications of new designs but you will also be eligible for discounts and promotions that we only offer our registered customers.

Privacy Statement. What if I want something on a t-shirt that I don't see on your website?
We are very proactive when it comes to our customers and what they want. If you want to find something on our site quickly, use the "Search" feature to your left. If we have it on our site you will know in a matter of seconds. If we don't have it on our site your search will prompt us to make sure it's available the next time you visit!

and one of our design professionals will contact you within 24 hours. I was browsing your wesbite and received an error. What should I do?
Depending on the error you get they should be easy to decipher. However, if you are constantly getting the same error when you perform the same task it is most likely a problem on our server. Please make note of the exact error you are getting, the date, time and page you were on when the error took place and email this information to errors@3limesdesign.com. We will look into the error and make sure it doesn't happen again. I keep getting a popup message about secure and nonsecure items when I login. Is this a problem?
YES! This is a MAJOR problem! You should not be getting this message at all if you are browsing our secure site.
Once you login as a registered user you will automatically be directed to our secure site. You can verify that you are on our secure site by checking that the URL begins with "https://". Are there any special washing instructions for your garments?
When you are ready to wash your garment, turn it inside out so that other garments do not rub against the image in the wash cycle.
Wash the garment in cold water using a mild detergent, and DO NOT add bleach!
As soon as the machine cycle ends, remove the garment from the wash and allow it to air dry. DO NOT USE THE DRYER!
Your image will stay clear and bright if you follow these instructions. Why wasn't I able to get to your store front?
We conduct our scheduled site maintenance on the last Sunday of each month. On this day between 12:00 AM (midnight) EST and 3:00 AM EST, our store front will be unavailable in order to conduct our maintenance. We take our web site functionality and security VERY SERIOUSLY so this is a required event.

Our web site may look differently depending on the Web Browser and Web Browser version you are viewing it on. We have tested our site on the following browsers for compatability and appearance:
